[Histonet] another fixation question

Hi  All, I am looking  into  the   pros and  cons  of  fixation in acetone(4C) and 10% neutral buffered formalin, my  opinion is that  NBF wins all  the time, I would  warmly  welcome  any  further  opinions on this topic, many thanks.
