[Histonet] Reagent change on tissue processors

For registry quality slides, rotate everything except paraffin every 200
blocks (basically every day unless you do tiny runs).  Rotate paraffin
weekly, sooner if it starts smelling strongly of clearant.  But then, I'm
conservative, and I was trained where reagents were free.
