Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory - Manager Position

A full-time Laboratory Manager position is available in the Kansas State Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University.  This position is responsible for managing the histopathology/immunohistochemistry laboratory and coordinating work responsibilities within the lab.  This position supervises, oversees, and directs the lab to coordinate technologies within the lab and facilitate efficient daily operations.  A master's degree is required or a bachelor's degree in a science-related field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biological sciences, zoology or microbiology plus a minimum of 5 years of histopathology laboratory experience can be substitute for a master's degree.  Previous supervision of personnel is preferred.  This is a full-time appointment with benefits.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
