[Histonet] RE: Two Patient Identifiers on slides

I often see blocks from many institutions that only have surgical numbers on them, then after the slides are always expected to have both. Seems like blocks are the only exception to this rule, but it is probably just a commonly practiced noncompliancy type of thing more than an exception.
