We have the VIP 6 and really like it..user friendly and faster TAT.

We have been having rotary valve concerns within our Leica Peloris tissue processor and the technician as well as Leica technical services both feel it is because we have been using recycled xylene in the cleaning cycle. I was always told that when recycling xylene, one gets a "pure" product back, which I always found hard to believe. We do use recycled xylene in routine tissue processing, rotating between new and recycled as we change the reagents and rotate.
