Our state requires us to keep them for 4 years......

Before we write retention policies, we are required to look at CMS, State and CAP requirements. I have these attachment charts in my retention policy (as references). The policy states that we will retain for a minimum of  __________(most astringent). Like most, if space allows, I can keep longer, however, not obligated....see attached
