[Histonet] No expiration dates on chemicals

We also set an expiration date of 5 years on dry chemicals with no expiration date on delivery.  After the 5 years they are set aside to be retested, once retested they are placed back in use.

We keep ours no longer than 5 years.  If there is no expiration date
on the bottle when we receive it, we mark it as expired 5 years from
date of receipt.
