[Histonet] Senority Question

For me it is the first one because (for me at least) it is not for how long the employee has been FT but for how long an employee has been involved with the lab and being able, with his/her performance gained the trust of the employer.

I have 2 employees that are wondering about seniority... one HT has been on payroll for 5 years and has gone from FT to PRN and back to FT without any breaks. The other tech has been FT for 3 years. Which one is the senior in the lab?
