[Histonet] Cassette Printer Info Needed

Hello Everyone,

The print head on the cassette printer needs to be replaced again.
Informed that it will need to be replaced again in another 3 -4 months.

This is something I am not looking forward to seeing repaired over and over
again.
This piece of equipment was made in 2010.

Can anyone recommend the cassette writer that you are using ?
Is this print head replacement normal with your unit ?
