[Histonet] Cardiac tissue freezing

Hi everyone!

I have to flash freeze human atrial tissue biopsies. Does anyone can
suggest me a protocol or some useful tips for this procedure in order to
preserve the tissue architecture without artifacts formation?
If is possible I prefer to avoid the use of any fixative.
