[Histonet] Cutting issues

My educated guess would be that the tissues are being dried out prior to being placed in formalin at time of collection.  Surgeons are our biggest histology problems.

Need feedback. We are a Derm lab
We are having an issue with some small punches and shaves being crushed or
arched. It does not happen every day and it is maybe one or two when it is
appening. Does anyone have any ideas on what can be causing this issue?
