And there are different codes for Medicare which is going to be a mess. We can't bill on order because we will have to know if the patient is Medicare if I understand it correctly.

My understanding is that 88342 is used for the first IHC antibody, then 88343 is used for each subsequent antibody (per specimen part).  Is that correct?  Thank you.
