There was a recent post for someone inquiring about cryomolds. I have not used these and have researched them and found out the Sakura cryostat has a cryobar with recessed ports to accommodate these molds. Has anyone used these on a Microm microtome. Is there a problem removing the molds and having them separate from the chucks? diana
