[Histonet] Hardware from surgery

Also have a specific policy with guidelines for class I, II & III devices and which will be examined by a pathologist ( macro/micro), and how we comply with the Safe Medical Devices Act (SMDA) of 1990 and its reporting requirements. Retention is indefinite when not able to return to surgery or surgeon.
