[Histonet] blocks and slides

Most states have their own regulations. I kept the blocks for 9 years and the slides "for-ever" but after 9 years they were sent to a company that kept them for us.

What is the number of years that you must keep blocks and slides for future reference according to CAP and/or Joint Commission? I have heard 5 years for blks, and 10 years for slides.
