Dear Histonetters,

Does anyone have a quick protocol that works on Ventana Benchmark XT or a Dako Autostainer for c-Met that works well on paraffin embedded sections, I could use some help.  I get staining but a lot of background and not much specific membrane staining.  I have Leica's antibody NCL-cMet.  Also many tissues stain with this antibody.  What is the best control to start working on.
