[Histonet] Flourescent mounting medium

Hi histonetters,
 
I was hoping that I can get some information on this fluroscent mounting medium that we are trying to sue in our lab. It is called Polyvinyl alcohol mounting mrdium with DABCO.
 
If you have ever used this... please send me a protocol fro it. We are having trouble getting it to work on our mouse brain sections.
