I've tried kits from both Richard Allan/Thermo and American Master Tech. Both staining methods are similar and very easy to perform - 20 minutes in Congo Red and counterstain in Hematoxylin.

To all:

Would people please share their method for doing Congo Red staining? (We are not interested in making up the reagents from powder form).

Thanks!
Peggy
