[Histonet] Cognitive Printers from General Data

Does anybody have any experience with trouble shooting barcoded slide label quality from these printers?   We are cleaning the heads twice a week and still experience uneven printing regularly.  General Data usually say problems are due to "dirty" printer heads.   We know there are some adjustments that can be made to the printers themselves but just wondered if anyone has experienced the same kind of problems and how they resolved them.

Any help would be appreciated.
