[Histonet] Skin Biopsy Neuropathy PGP 9.5

Happy Friday fellow Histo's does anyone have hands on experience with
testing intraepidermal nerve fibers. This test is assessing intrapedimeral
nerve fibers density using skin biopsy and immunostaining (PGP 9.5 -13C4).
This identification allows the pathologist to count the small nerve fibers.
I am unable to locate a protocol with all the specifics to make this work. I
have been tweaking it on paraffin embedded tissue but only have seen a small
amount of nerves. Anyone have a successful method to make this work?
