[Histonet] CLIA requirements

CLIA requires me to keep a personnel file on everyone that works in the lab and I was wondering how you approach the staff about turning in their highest level of education.  Do they bring in a copy of their HS diploma?  College diploma?  And what if they're not finished with college, do they only turn in their HS credit?  Plus, copies of their certifications?
