We have a DDK knife, works great on undecalcified bone. We send it to Dorn and Hart Microedge for resharpening as they are local to us and have been at it for years. They used to sharpen our old microtome knives. Talk about dating yourself!

Have a look at Delaware Diamond Knives (DDK). Their website I believe is www.ddk.com. I'm sure they can help you or at a minimum point you in the right direction.
Best Regards,
