Yes, there will be a problem, namely that the antibodies (proteins) need a diluted protein base to "float", and a preservative to prevent bacterial growth. Under separate cover I am sending you my recipe to prepare the antibody diluent "in house".

I am a Pathologist of Bangladesh. Is there any problem, if I use TBS as antibody diluents? Please let me know.
