That will depend on the tissue and the size/thickness of the specimens. 
Appreciate how they turned out and you will have the answer to your question. 
At least for me it is very difficult to answer your question without knowing the tissue characteristics.

Would It be a grave problem if I run the tissue in a short run although it needed it to be placed in a routine regular run?
