I work in a small lab (office bldg) that has been turned into histolab. We have a portable work station with a vent to out side. (roof) I also have my VIP processor in this room which has the filter carbon (activated) on the processor. Where we have an issue is , on very windy days there seems to be a down draft that happens causing fumes to go into other offices (not ours). I have been looking into the air filter system by leica and one mercedes sells. They have a filter that can be changed every 6 months or so. Has anyone used these with any sort of success rate?
