I personally don't like meditech, when I used it, it did not respond to mouse commands, was not browser navigated and could not migrate data from one module to another within the same system. It seemed to be incompatible with all instrumentation interfaces, without additional customized middleware and could be customized, for the end using facility, but ONLY at great expense. I understand it was better for use in the clinical lab. Just an opinion
