You could contact Simport. A few years ago I got some deeper disposable molds from them and they work great with tissues that are too high for the regular molds (like the Tissue-tek molds). The only problem is that they only came in the large width and you waste a lot of paraffin. Another thought is Polysciences Peel Away molds. Worse case you could do the old fashioned thing and make a paper mold the size and depth that you need.
