[Histonet] Corrective Action Policy

Good Morning Histonetters,

Does anyone have a corrective action policy - histology specific or any information on this subject that they would be willing to share with me?  We have a general lab corrective action policy but I would like to come up with something that is more histology specific.  Thanks in advance for everyone's help. Amy
