If you are referring to the removal of the OTJ portion of taking the
registry with a H.S. diploma I think that happened sometime in the
middle of 2000, maybe around 2004-2008. I don't recall the exact year.
Check the ASCP website, it should be listed there or they should be able
to answer that question.
