[Histonet] saving slides between levels for IHC?

we do for certain part types. sentinel lymph nodes for melanoma, renal bxs, liver core bxs, prostate needle core bxs.

Does anyone know if it is standard  to save sections from between the
levels for IP?  Is it standard at your institution?
