[Histonet] Question - Prostate biopsy reports

How many of you who are reading prostate biopsy specimens in a hospital laboratory incorporate a diagram of the prostate in your report that shows the anatomical location of "benign, PIN, and adenocarcinoma" pathology in each quadrant?  Thanks.
