[Histonet] nuclear haziness

We are having an issue with nuclear haziness on prostate biopsies in our small
urology laboratory.  It occurs randomly, appearing on some levels and not others
within the same block. Another scenario is that we sometimes see it occur only
in one small area of a core and the remaining tissue in the core looks
beautiful. It can occur throughout a case (12 blocks) or not at all. We have
checked for obvious problems, i.e. reagent contamination on the processor and
stainer, ruled out temperature issues, microtome problems, etc. to no avail. I
would appreciate any input/suggestions that would help to alleviate this
problem.

Thank you,
