[Histonet] Ultra LCS VS regular LCS

Is anyone using the LCS for the BenchmarkXT in place of the Ultra LCS in the Ultra instrument?

We heard that this could be done with the same results but I am not sure what the difference is between the two LCS's and if you can substitute.
Any thought?
