[Histonet] corrective action for failed water test

You cannot have corrective actions for each different task. You have to have a general procedure for corrective actions for any task. Usually the procedure is determined by your Human Resources department and you have to include it in your Standard Operation Procedure manual and each member of the staff has to sign acknowledging the procedure.
Then and only then you can follow the different steps in the corrective action.
