Miha,
You need to lower down the cryostat at least -25 degree. You also need
to spray your block the very minute before the cutting (not just one
time spray on the OCT block). The thicker the section, the easier it
can be cut.
I also put my OCT blocks on the dry ice next to me, and transfer to
the cryostat when I am ready to cut.
