[Histonet] Raymond Lamb Microwriter I

Good Morning,

I am looking for some help from someone that has used the Raymond Lamb Microwriter I cassette writer. We currently have one (and yes we desperately need to upgrade) that gives us trouble daily. The cassettes do not want to release from the plastic tubing into the cassette holding arm. Then there are times the arm will continuously open and close and never drop a cassette down. If there is anyone out there that has this type cassette writer that could possibly help me out please contact me.  Thanks in advance for your help, Amy
