I have had graduates from my program that are "mature".  They have not had 
problems getting jobs, or advancing once hired.  That is true for either 
gender.  A good tech is a good tech.

What’s the chance of getting a job in histology as a new grad at age 57. 
Will gender be an issue?  Thanks for the input.  Jason
