 Laboratory Supervisor /Manager preferably with CLS Qualification
The Manager is a key role within the pathology organization located in Orange 
County California.  This individual will join our expanding laboratory 
facilities, and will participate in daily operations of Histology, IHC, Flow, 
Cytogenetic and Molecular Diagnostics. The candidate will report to the 
CEO/Medical Director.
The ideal candidate must be have previous management experience with 5-10 years 
practical experience in the areas of Biopsy Histology, Cytology, Bone Marrow 
Morphology, Flow Cytometry, IHC experience, Molecular Genetics or relevant 
experience.  CLS certified is preferred.We are looking for an exceptional 
professional who enjoys the challenge of working with a cross section of 
professionals in a out patient-focused environment.  Superior communication, 
collaboration, business and clinical judgment, emphasis on turnaround time, and 
organizational development skills are absolutely essential for success.  The
