Yes, at your accessioning, grossing, embedding, cutting, sendout(slide distribution, and archiving (filing)areas.  It has so much more in terms of reporting and the data you can generate from putting a date and time stamp, and a person's name at every point in your process.  It also allows you to communicate from one bench to the next with special instructions and to log quality issues at each of your benches.
