[Histonet] large fibrous bone tissue

I have found this helps.....
1. Embed the tissue in  a dep mould, as this provides more stability, then
2. Face the block
3.. leave in -20 deg freezer overnight
4. remove from freezer and cut sections
5. If you have multiple blocks to work with, leave them in the freezer until
ready to cut
