[Histonet] AB-PAS for Barrett's Esophagus

We use the AmericanMasterTech Alcian Blue pH 2.5 and use this procedure:

Place slides in 3% Acetic Acid for 3 minutes.
Place slides in Alcian Blue for 30 minutes.
Rinse slides in water
Place slides in 0.5% Periodic Acid for 10 minutes.
Rinse slides in water
Place slides in Schiff Reagent for 15 minutes
Rinse slides in HOT water for 5 minutes.
Counter stain in Hematoxylin for 2 minutes.
Rinse slides in water, Dehydrate slides through Absolute Alcohol, Clear
through Xylene
