[Histonet] ISH on histogel cell pellets

   Try  using 0.9% plain 'ol agar.  I use it all the time, it's    then  the  histogel  and  it works fine with the IHCs.  I don't kn   about ISH, but it's a thought (and a super cheap trial?)
