Not to me. Anyway, just because that's what you charge don't mean that's 
what you're going to get in reimbursement. Medicare and Medicaid have a 
set fee and it's low. And most insurance only pay a percentage of what you 
charge, that varies with the company and the deal they make with your 
hospital. If you are trying to do a cost analysis for bringing something 
in house I don't recommend using what you charge, You could end up in 
debt. Just my two cents worth though.

I was just informed that our technical charge (Part A) for 88342 
(Immunohistochemistry) is over $140.  That seems high to me.  What do you 
think?
