[Histonet] Ahhhh!!!

   So  I am staining frozen tissue microarrays with an antibody that    supposed  to  bind to monocytes.  My problem is in some tissues this    is  working,  but  in  others it is not.  So...dilute out the antibody
   mor   where  it  sh   want  it  to, but ove   is working on cyt   ideas?   It  is   (the  cells  95% a   from  cytology  to  IHC).&n   stuck!!
