Upstate is now part of Millipore. The 06-570 antibody is anti-Histone H3
(pSer10), the same one I referenced the other day.

I use Upstate's 06-570. Excellent for human, rat, mouse FFPW sections
after HIER.
I have no idea what amino acid is phosphorylated but, if you are wanting
an Ab against cells in mitosis only, this is the best, imho.
