I am not looking for a Histology Supervisor position (at least not for now), but could be helpful for you and your clients as a consultant.
We collected a lot of expertise here in Dublin and offer a Master Course in Imaging starting from September 2010. 
Earlier this spring, we will offer some stand-alone teaching modules in advanced microscopy methods for PhD students and technicians.
