I have had very good luck with the Surgipath "Marking Pens" Cat.#01880.
I've tried many & they are the only ones that can stand up to my high pH
Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER).

Best of Luck,

I have a question re: these pens. We are a research lab that does
histology for our group. We mark our cassettes and slides with special
marking pens (currently Statmark Pen), but we are having a problem with
the ink wearing off after processing. We have tried marking over the
info repeatly, but the ink still comes off!

Are these pens for this purpose? Or can you recommend a good marking
pen for us?
Thanks in advance.

Peggy

side of a slide. Cytologist use these all the time. hey most often have
blue ink. Thanks for any help I can get.
