Is anyone using the Peloris tissue processor with isopropanol instead of
alcohol/xylene?

I am interested in your experiences.

We are demoing the machine just now and have been very impressed with
its results using traditional processing modules. However, when we
switched over to isopropanol, the tissue is extremely brittle; not what
I would expect having had extensive microwave processing experience. We
have used the protocols suggested by Leica. Anyone doing anything
dramatically different?

Thanks

Ronnie
