[Histonet] minimum fixation time for needle core prostate biopsies

A poor fixation will affect all the cell components. You may have a result but if the fixation is incomplete, the results will not indicate the real amount.
At least 8 hours of fixation will be required.

Is there a minimum time for prostate biopsies to be fixed.  Does
fixation times affect PIN4's?
