[Histonet] Microarray questions

We are thinking of making our own microarray blocks instead of purchasing someone elses slides. Can someone:
1) Recommend a punch to use?
2) Which size diameter tip is best? (for general use)
3) are the tips re-usable, or are they single use?

I attended April Watanabes's workshop on microarray preparation at the Fort Lauderdale meeting but the equipment discussed in that workshop was  Cadillac,  where I need more "life in the trenches" type equipment.
